  After running the Immanuel Lodge for 10 years, the year of 2016 and 2017 have been an extraordinary success. Having had a website since the beginning, we could not believe that the rainmaker 5 Stages of Success could ever make such an impact and have been resistant because of the cost.
  
  Where others only see problems and challenges, you and your team only see solutions which have been deployed very professionally and instantly. Plus, your quality of service, the responsiveness even after hours or on weekends is outstanding and in our experience unique in Namibia. This really made a huge difference.
  
  The implementation of the 5 Stages of Success gained us some 206.000 views of our Google Business and the 360° Tours which lead to some 40% more visitors on our re-designed website. Out of this our online bookings have been increased by 117% in only 9 months which turned in a 49% improved revenue. Our annual occupancy has been grown from 42% to 73% and at the same time, the seasonality has been eliminated for our business entirely. Most importantly, the profit has been increased so dramatically, that we could not have believed it.
  
  Already after 4 month it has turned out that the 5 Stages of Success are actually coming in at "no cost". The significant growth in traffic, bookings, occupancy, revenue and profit has paid for it many many times.
  
  In addition, we have not been served at any time with any off-the-shelf kind of solution, but each and any move, tweak and optimization was always tailor made for our source market and market segments addressed.
  
  We can only say that we are more than happy with the entire business relationship, the professionalism, quality of service and the passion and experience that has changed our business significantly for the better in record time.

  I'm working with Thomas Mueller personally since 10 years and now is the time to highlight his extraordinary abilities and his constantly advanced training/ updating regarding IT-knowledge, designing, developing and supporting websites, best insights in the tourism market and handling of the Google Portfolio as an absolute insider. Whatever help you need in these regards, Thomas will know the answer, the solution, the road to success. All my problems, all my considerations how to manage my guesthouse Sandcastle Apartments in Swakopmund (Namibia) in terms of advertising and marketing in the past, has been accompanied by Thomas with great success.
  Thomas has co-found "Rainmaker" to expand the options/portfolio for digital marketing and although it isn't introduced onto the market since long, I can lay down, his and his team's ideas, strategies and individual solutions are right on the money, the pricing is absolute fair. Me as their client should like to point out that Thomas and "Rainmaker" deserves my confidence for digital marketing processes in future as well.
