Absolutely useless people, always rude and helpless. Make mistakes in visa`s dates and purpose. Don`t know they own rules and a law. Never answering a phone. Unorganized and unprofessional. Need to be fired incompetent and unskillful(all consular section) and send back to SA. They attitude towards people absolutely inadmissible. The worst embassy in all wold where I even went to. Defamatory they country of SA. Shame on them.
Can not give them even a 1 star- they don`t deserve it. It should be minus 5 stars. Terrible place.
All reviews have to be sent to SA Ministry of Internal Affairs for future consideration and action.

Worst experience no one helps you been phoning for 4 hours straight with no answer, not to mention the poor quality of service at the embassy itself. No one can assist me. Would give it a 0 start rating if it was possible.

Security at gate is very very rude, not helpful, uneducated and does not know how to give information.
His people skills are trash and his attitude towards his job is depressing.

When you are the only person in the que and the lady behind the counter tells you in her rude attitude that she doesn't have time to go and look if the document has arrived, I loose my patience totally. You are suppose to be a servicing department. This is not what South Africa need!

Very disappointed in your counter lady who is rude and does not know how to give information to clients. the officers give different information and when you come to the counter she wastes your time telling you different things.
