Of the many accommodation establishments in Ondangwa, this one gives the most consistent service, and it's everything that a standard hotel should be.

The room was clean, but the toilet had a foul smell the whole time I was there. The hot tap at the basin didn't work and the basin didn't close. There is no FRIDGE in my room. My aircon remote didn't work. They refilled my tea with only rooibos tea, nothing else like an Earl Grey or Ceylon Blend. The menu options are a little limited but it covers all the basics. It says the bar is open until 2 AM but when I went down for a beer at 11 PM, it was closed. The toaster worked the first day I was there, the next day it was broken and never fixed for the remainder of my stay. My hotel key didn't work the last night of my stay, even after they tried to reactivate it. Hotel staff is friendly though.
