Great location however the place needs a serious revamp, the rooms look tired and very old furniture, carpets dirty look and the bathrooms yuck! The breakfast was okay but the room is basic and cramped. During breakfast, they were short staffed, the receptionist was also the waitress it was not impressive.
This hotel has great potential but needs a major major facelift. I definitely will not be back.

Protea Longbeach seriously needs a manager to take control. Dirty Room, below standard breakfast not enough cutlery and crockery. Not enough towels. Bathroom basin leaked at waste pipe. Washing machine not working. Kids not allowed to swim because of dirty swimming pool - the excuse, no vehicle to buy chlorine. Will definitely not visit them again.
