Nice place for an alternative week end. The wild life which you can see during the guided game drive is quite extraordinary. The dinner buffet was very nice while the service during lunch was poor. The hall and the common area is very nice, while the swimpool and the selfcatering chalet needs some renovation. No aircon and only 1 mosquito net in the chalet. Amazing is instead the mountain lodge.

We did a game drive at Otjiwa Safari Lodge that cost only R250 for a 2H drive. We saw many animals. After the game drive we decided to have the set diner at the Lodge which we also enjoyed.

Hi , we stayed at Otjiwa The Nest. It was absolutely wonderful. Private , peaceful the house is equipped with everythingjust take your food, drinks and clothes with you the rest is there. The house is spacious as are the rooms, the bathrooms have both a shower and bath. There is a small pool outside and a nice big braai area. In the evening the animals come to the waterhole to drink. It was a very relaxing weekend and we shall return. The kids can play outside it is safe. The staff looking after the house are very friendly and helpful and they keep the place very clean and tidy. Thank you to everyone it was a wonderful stress free weekend.
