Have visited twice now. Doesn't compare favourably to other game farms in that part of Namibia which offer a similar experience. I understand that this place is supposed to be a cheaper alternative but the quality is disproportional to the price. Food is good. Majority of the staff including game rangers are also great. But some staff shouldn't deal with people, including one of the managers in the reception. Also, Aircon in the room didn't work, and the bathroom light didn't work. When reported to reception we were told that they already know and can move us to another room but can't guarantee that the Aircon will work there either. Turns out in our case that it did. There was a strong smell of sewerage every morning when they emptied the septic tanks. To make matters worse, no attempt was made to hide this task from guests. Tree felling and path washing were also pretty intrusive. Ah, and a few of the poolside deck chairs were broken. And the WiFi only works if you stand by the reception. And there's no mobile phone signal. Anywhere.

On the topic of the game viewing: this place feels like a zoo. If you're like wild life this isn't the place to be. But if you want to be up close to animals then this place will offer the opportunity. Essentially a large interactive zoo.

Next time I'll rather pay a bit more and go somewhere else.

This place is a little hidden paradise, the staff is incredibly friendly, the accommodation are cute and comfy and the animals are treated with care and respect. Your evening drink at the restaurant takes a whole new dimension when all the animals gather around the waterhole and sunset! I will definitely recommended and I will come back as soon as I can!!

This place is an African beauty, where you greeted with the sounds most types of bird on the African continent and the beauty of the African wilderness. Very beautiful and quite but unfortunately has no cellphone reception for travelers in some areas.

Have to travel and wanted to visit. Have to pay N$ 50 per person to enter and pay the coffee. Where has the hospitality in namibia gone? I will never recommend it not now not ever.

Best lodge & game experience I had in Namibia.
Animals get very close at the waterhole by the restaurant. Game drive was great value for money. Got close to elephants, and saw tons of other game.
Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were also good. Only minor issue was the wifi,
which didn't work in the whole lodge.
I can only recommend this place

Tolle Pavillons am Wasserbecken. Vom Schlafzimmer aus sieht man Giraffen, Kudu, Eland und Rhino. Sehr gutes Essen und freundlicher Staff

Liked the lodge. Service in the restaurant is a bit on the slow side. The staff are friendly though. No TV in the rooms. Lots of trees at the lodge, so you don't really feel the heat. You can see all the animals at the watering hole that's right next door to the restaurant.

Very nice place. The sunsets are magnificent! Wildlife is just around you!
