Friendly staff. Had a lot of waiting times but this was not the problem, the problem that I had is that my eye tests were done before they told me that my medical only covers 8000 of the 35000 surgery. The tests cost 12000 which my medical aid covered fully, so in other words they did the tests and claimed 12000 without telling me that I needed 27000 up payment for my surgery.
