Old Continental is owned and managed by Sebastiaan Broeders, chef, world traveler and photographer. He started his cooking days as a 13 year old in his father’s restaurant in Holland and he hasn’t stopped since.
The menu at Old Continental tells the story of Sebastiaan’s life: from the Dutch Kroketten of his childhood, to the varied cuisines he encountered on his world travels: flavourful Asian inspired Thai, Malay and Indian curries, to glistening Chinese noodle dishes to Middle Eastern inspired pita bread deliciously filled with Gyros or Lebanese kebabi. Then there are his famously fresh and crunchy salads – not to be missed!
And, if you believe that a meal is not complete without a glass of wine – Old Continental is fully licensed.
