Great place to buy your furniture. You almost pay the amount of what it actually costs, compared to other furniture stores where you end up paying double the amount of it's cost price. Certain staff members (SalesPerson) should just be more professional (Appearance) around customers, other than that Nictus is a good place.

Very disappointed in nictus and we don't even have our item yet. How can we buy an item in your store, your retail price, pay for it and later in the day nictus decides to call us saying the supplier went up in price so we have to come and pay the difference? How do you decide after the sale that there was a price increase, this type of information should be updated already if there were any price increases. So you would lose out on the total sale price over a little increase?

Poor after-sales service. Bought a Defy fridge which developed problems while under guarantee. Went to Nictus to report issue but staff very unresponsive and did not take the matter seriously. The person who took down my details was more interested in talking to his colleagues. Claimed he would send an email to Defy but I had to go to Defy Windhoek myself to make an appointment for a technician to assist.
