  Waiting approximately 20 minutes on 4 different occasions with nobody to assist or serve you. We walked out 4X. Poor service really unhappy.

  Down to one star - but a minus 5 would be more appropriate!! The service delivered by the News Café staff is absolutely embarrassing; they are inattentive, rude, and lazy! After waiting 30 minutes for four (!!) Cappuccinos, we left. The café was almost empty and waiters were definitely not too busy. Is this a company policy?? Because it is STILL the worst service I have ever gotten. What a disgrace to all of its kind!
