The Namibian Employers' Federation is the oldest and largest Representative of Employers' Organizations in Namibia. It currently represents over 5000 employers of which over 300 are independent employers. It was founded in 1992 and forms part of a tripartite system Namibia had to enter in after it gained its Independence in 1990 in order to be recognized by the International Labor Organisation (ILO).The mission of the NEF is "To be the Representative of ALL Employers in Namibia."The NEF is a non-profit organisation and exists solely to represent the interests of our members and the NEF is recognized at government level.
