Dreadful! On Easter Sunday we arrived with our vouchers at our booked accommodation and the lodge had no booking for us?
It took about an hour to reach someone on the phone to help us.
We had to drive at sunset a 120 km to alternative accommodation that they paid for.
On our way back to Windhoek we stopped at their offices on 21/4/17 and asked about the price difference ( we paid 90% more for the original booking than the one they paid for which was quite cheap) and reimbursement for the extra distance we had to travel. We were assured that they were looking into this.
When we got home and have not heard anything we emailed them on 3/5/17 but received no reply.
We resent the email asking to respond before the end of business today, and again they did not even bother to reply.
We are now looking at taking legal action as they still have made no move to refund us at all.
My best advise to you is avoid them!!! They blame everything that went wrong on a member of staff that does not work there anymore, and no move have been made to refund us money we have paid for accommodation we did not have!response / report this review
