  This is no doubt the worst ever property rental company I ever dealt with. They are cheats and clearly lack business ethics. It's all about the money for them, but don't match up on value and service. Once you pay a deposit, kiss it good-bye because you'll probably never get it back. I lost my deposit with them, not once but twice..and I mean all of it. It's easier to squeeze 1 million dollars from a dry rock then to get a penny from this agency. They were very slow to respond to my needs.
  Another piece of advice, make sure you lawyer up when doing business with these guys, cos you'll most probably need it.

  This has to be the single worst experience with a company I have had. In Namibia that is saying something. My girlfriend initially wanted to rent from them. She paid the deposit but then decided not to sign the lease agreement and move in with me. They contacted her months later asking for a month of rent in a house she never lived in based on a contract she never signed. She left a scathing review on Facebook and guess what, The low lives removed the review page. They called my girlfriend and threatened her multiple times with legal action. On a contract she did not sign. I do not know how many poor souls that are less aware of their rights were caught by this scam. Their review page on Facebook was filled with stories of people not getting their deposits back before it was taken down. If someone is a lawyer maybe it is time for a class action legal suite. Absolutely hainous organisation. This is not a rental property business. This is a company preying on the most vulnerable members of our society. This is not the apartheid era. You do not get to take people's livelihood because of your social status. Cheats. In today's world these people have to be shunned from society. I hope you make your voice heard and share your experiences as well.

  Horrible service. Make promises then dont respond to mails and end up falling through. Dont waste your time
