Travelling on a budget through Namibia is not an impossible dream. Do try Jetty Self Catering if you are visiting Swakopmund. The rooms are not for the fancy "I want it all traveler", but on a budget it is difficult to beat. There is enough crockery, there is a 2 plate stove, microwave and a fair sized fridge for you to get into the self in "self catering". Situated almost on the beach, this is a very good location from which you can go and explore the town of Swakopmund.

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft, aber sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum und Strand. Für ein-zwei Tage gut geeignet.

We really had a very good experience at the Jetty Self Catering Accommodation, Mark and his mother, gave us 1st class treatment. The complex is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and jetty. We recommend any visitor/s to Jetty Self Catering.
