Food is really good, the rooms are spacious and well decorated, staff is friendly, peacefull. Would recommend you book otherwise it is generally full. Fantastic place to stay

From the time we arrived to the time we left, the service was absolutely amazing. Their rooms are clean, staff are friendly and they refilled my room with bedside chocolates daily. Highly recommended for visiting Windhoek

The worst! Came for late dinner. When we arrived we specifically asked if the kitchen was closing and our waiter Niki said at 22:00. We were elated because that meant plenty of time to order. We ordered drinks, and then waited for 30mins before anyone else came to our table. At that point some other waitresses brought our drinks and we asked where Niki was and if we could order food. The waitress then informed ordering food would not be possible because the kitchen had closed at 21:30. Shocked we questioned why we’d been informed that it was closing at 22:00 and that we would have ordered had we known. They said they would go check with the kitchen but came back confirming we couldn’t order food. Niki eventually came back and lied that he’d only been away for 15mins and that he is sorry to inform that the time has now passed and we can no longer order food. A poor attempt of an apology and left hungry. Again a disappointing customer service experience in Windhoek.

A great place to stay with an excellent view of Windhoek. The rooms are spacious and with everything you need. BUT my room was not cleaned 100% with some leftovers from the previous stay. Its noisy as my my room was next to the parking lot. The restaurant is pricy and I had to send back my wine as it was opened a week before and off. My potatoes with the fillet was uncooked and sent back + the fillet wasn't really tasty. Small things that can be worked on. I would still recommend Hotel Thule but perfection would be great

Excellent. I stayed here for a week on business. This is a well organised, friendly, beautiful and high standard hotel. The staff are amazing. The service is excellent and the commodities are more than sufficient. The views and rooms are truly spectacular. The cost is realy standard. They do not charge you over market related prices. Their menus however are upscale so you might want to budget before you need to eat here every day and maybe organise a normal take away for kids. I would easily recommend this hotel for business and individuals, for singles and families.

A very comfortable hotel to stay at - lovely views from the dining area and breakfast was sufficiently various that there was something for everyone (I loved the fresh fruit and yoghurts). My room was alright - on the ground floor and right next to the parking area so the thin curtains didn't block out much light. Often noise from other guests which isn't the hotel's fault but it does indicate fairly thin walls. I found an empty bottle of water tucked behind my side table, which also indicates not a thorough cleaning job but despite those little issues, the hotel was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.
