This is one of my favorite places I stay wherever i am in the Southern African Region. I love the quality service and ambience.

Probably the best, all round and most equipped hotel in katima mulilo. A bit pricey but worth every penny.

Very expensive and not according to Protea standards. Bathrooms were nightmare. Doors with no locks, cant open bathroom from inside and cant lock neither. And very expensive compared to all hotels and lodges in Katima Mulilo

Great view of the mighty Zambezi River. Good place to stay (but pricey and in need of renovations).

Exorbitant rates for poor service and value. The rooms are in dire need of maintenance. Fittings are broken, drains are blocked, airconditioners working poorly, fridges in many rooms non-existent. Most bar items are rediculously overpriced. Staff is friendly but struggles to communicate properly.
On a positive note, the location is really good, being the prime reason to book with this hotel.

This place is the best to make a stay to view the largest Zambezi River. You can meet nice staff like Sarah & Joseph at the front desk

nice and people were friendly .need renovations especially outside interior but inside its ok change brand goes with little touches like painting .road need attention to the gate otherwise all is ok.employ head chef to assist cooks in food preparation or hire a chef if no funds available to employ a qualified chef even two month training

The rooms are neglected and the bathrooms are not modern or nice. It is the small things that tears down

The restaurant has horrible service and the food is mediocre with staff coming up with excuses. The only thing that made this passable was the amazing view of the river and the scene at sunset topped it.
