When you pay the amount of money that this place cost you expect to have an amazing experience, unfortunately our experience was far from being amazing! There is not much to do around, landscape is average, not many animals to see and food is average as well. Is full of old and retired people. It was very depressing to stay there, the second day we stay at our room all afternoon watching movies in our iPad as there was nothing to do or see. The swimming pool is like a pond for animals to come and drink water and the trip to the cost a rip off. After this lodge we decided to go back home earlier than planned. Namibia is not a country for everybody, we had the most boring and depressing honey moon which is extremely sad bearing in mind how much time, effort and money we put into it. Namibia feels like a holiday destination for old and retired people. Definitely not a honey moon destination.
A diamond in the desert. A must.
Excellent guides, interesting desert-adapted fauna, starkly beautiful setting, plus outstanding facilities, cuisine and staff. All part of a world class operation, Wilderness Safaris. Great first trip, going back for more
Had excellent time! Beautiful location and great staff.
