The purpose of this mutual cooperation agreement is for us to see how we will meet the government half way and how the GRN will help the organization to meet our target in the year under review HCN will also set-up a sub-committee in 7 regions as well as to give us the equal opportunity to increase the number of the less privileged and vulnerable in Namibia above all this was made with good intention in order to create a strong healthy relationship between the organizatione and young people in Namibia, for transparent, accountable and honest we wish to declare our communed willingness
