This is a must go-to place for a time off work, school, travels. A good form of relaxation with their hot springs indoor pool, beautiful space around the outside pool, camping sites(self catering, taps for clean water, shades, electric sockets, stoves, showers with hot water). A few kilometres out of Okahandja. Moderate pricing.
Nice hotspring. Great large rooms which is upmarket and clean with large shower and open garage for your vehicle. A great extra for me. There is no towels at the hotspring which is not recommendable. Something to look at for future purposes. The staff at the restaurant need training but compliments to NWR's facility in total.Unfortunately I can not give the same positive result to Okaukuejo in the Etosha but that will be addressed later on.
Very nice place, peaceful, clean hot pools, luxurious accommodation, but very expensive
Nice place, friendly staff. Good food. Hot pool and large outdoor pool, well maintained.
Very nice place to come swimming. Indoor heated pools and a cold outdoor pool. Nice place to have a braii or they have a restaurant
Nice place. Has natural hot water pool and beautiful out door pool.
The chalets are well designed, air conditioned and very cosy. Huge bathroom with an open air additional shower, one feels intimately connected with nature. Outdoor and indoor swimming and spa facilities. The architecture of the main buildings remind one of government complex. Completely unimpressed by the restaurant. The kitchen staff need basic training in cooking and hospitality. Otherwise a great place to spend a weekend.
Nice place for relaxation on a Saturday. it is clean, beautiful, peaceful and I love that there is a hot water pool and a cold water pool.
I love this place, exotic, quite with good service and yes, you can watch birds as well
It's a place you can go to for s relaxation or fun.. spa is great, restaurant I must say was not impressed, service was poor.. lovely big outdoor pool and the amazing hot spring..
Its a nice place but the walk ways to get from one spot to the other are faaaaaar.
The hot springs are a marvel and the way they have channelled the natural energy to steam rooms and heated pools is amazing. I was not impressed by the "industrial" architecture though.
This place has a decent SAUNA. Now that the most important part is covered, the less interesting stuff follows. The spa is pretty new, opened in 2014. There's a hot pool which is inside, another cooler pool outside, a steam room, a sauna, a fitness room with an indoor rowing machine and some other machines. There is also a restaurant and a small shop as well as massage services. The camping facilities were extremely nice and clean, the campsite could get a bit cramped in busier times. I found the place very comfortable compared to other NWR campsites I've been to. Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent, as during the sunset there was plenty of mosquitoes.
Great to stay over for 1 night but anything more and you will become frustrated at the useless service at the place and crap restaurant. The hot spring itself is very relaxing and the spa are is descent.
It's much much better than safari hotel
Have not been here for about 11 years.
I like the place. Garden needs attention though.
Loved the big outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately no picnic baskets allowed for day visitors.
