HOW DO I RESET A PASSWORD IF I FORGET?

Browse to www.mymlc247.com and click on "Sign in", on the sign in form click "forgot password" link and on the next page enter your registered email address and click "Send password link". An email with a link will be sent to you. Click on the link and on the "Reset password" form that will load enter your new password and confirm it.

HOW DO I EDIT MY PROFILE?

Once you are logged/signed in, on your dashboard you will need to click "My Profile" on the left side-menu or by clicking on your "username" on the top-right of your screen, you will have "My Profile" from the dropdown menu. NB: On a mobile phone (small screens), you will click on three lines icon on your top-left under the name MyLifeChange247. Once you clicked on "My Profile", you will then get three forms "Change personal info", "Change accounts", "Change password". Change and update the form you like.

HOW DO I PROVIDE HELP TO SOMEONE (DONATE)?

Once you are logged/signed in, on your dashboard you find "Create dream" form. Give your dream a name, then select the amount you willing to donate along with months you will to wait for your targeted dream amount. As soon as you've selected your option, the dream amount will be calculated and shown below, and further below you will also be shown the estimate mature date from today. Click Add dream once you are happy with your selections. A PO (Pending Order) will then show below the form. Wait until the PO status change to allocated, then click on the view button to see the information of the member allocated to you. Make your payment, and then click on 'Paid'. Keep in touch with your recipient and motivate them to 'Confirm' receipt of your donation in the system. Once your donation is 'confirmed' then your dream will initiate.

HOW DO I GET HELP? (WITHDRAW)

Once your dream has successfully matured, on your dashboard below, you will see your 'Matured' dream. Click 'withdraw' button and your dream will be ready and the system will initiate allocation of 'Keepers' to fund your dream.

HOW DO I COMPLETE TASKS IN MLC247?

Immediately after you receive all your dream funds and your dream is fully 'Completed', on the left side menu, open 'Give Help', then click 'All dreams'. You will see a list of all your dreams and next to the 'Completed' dream click 'share'. A Share happiness page will load and you just need to complete the tasks you are ready to complete. Tasks will remain pending until assessed and approved. Once approved, your earnings will be allocated to you.

WHAT IS A REFERRAL LINK?

A referral link is your link you share with people you invite to join MyLifeChange247. Once new members click on the link and register with it, they will automatically become your followers and you will receive earnings.
