Haven't had any bad experience regarding the staff and company. Staff is always willing to help. The wors casings is the best you will find in Namibia first hand experince and the price is worth visiting Freddy Hirsch alone. The spices I worked with made me belive that every spice is worth trying. The service is good compered with other shops of its kind.
