They offer evertything a backpacker needs: friendly staff, fine activities like quiznight and overall good value for money. I would just recommend changing the loud noise of the TV / Music (mostly R&B / Hiphop) at the bararea. Besides that its a perfect place to stay in WH

Really nice hostel with a great friendly vibe. The staffs cooks delicious homemade dinner every night. We are going to stay with them again. They also have a office indoor which offers good safari tours in Namibia.

STRONGLY recommend this hostel. When i arrived at Lusaka from Windhoek, I noticed that I left my phone in this hostel. It was such a big thing to me because I had huge memories of travel in my phone! I was almost insane and i contacted this hostel and this hostel was very honesty and tried to find my phone very hard!! Until my phone reached me, this backpackers did their BEST to return my phone to me back. To me, Namibia seems really really honesty and safe country thanks to this hostel. can't say 'thank you' enough. If you're between multiple choices and don't know where to go in Windhoek, I'm absolutely sure this place is the BEST ever!! You should go there and facility is also definitely clean and comfortable at all. You NEVER regret your choice and you'll assure you choose the right thing. :)

Horrible service, after we checked inn and had payed we were asked to pay 10euro ekstra for the aircon. When we told them that we where not informed about these ekstra costs they implied that we where lying.

Budget accommodation offering various options. It has all the basics covered but not beyond that. The place is good for meeting people, arranging tours and, in general, acquiring information about what to do in Namibia.

For such a central place really affordable but the cheapest rooms won't provide enough space...

Rooms are hot and humid...would have been better sleeping outside. There was also a huge gap in communication with regards to planning. On arival we were advised that one of the rooms has a broken bed and we should just get on slowly and not move to quick, because there aren't any other rooms. We eventually got a new room but not without attitude from the staff. I requested a refund for our stay later this year. I would rather sleep in my bakkie then visit this place again.
