The police in this country are amazingly great. Thank you to Namibian Police for being so helpful, fast, and professional!
Our car was broken into and some people standing by saw the taxi number and called the police as it was happening. Within 5 minutes the police had stopped the taxi and arrested the criminals, but let the taxi leave. Once the police knew our bags were in the taxi, they tracked the taxi owner down, and called him to come back to the station. A further 10 minutes later: we had our bags back!
