We have supported them from their opening day and through the years have bought many different items from them ranging from fishing rods and reels, solar lighting systems, tents, Weber braais, pots and pans , various camping chairs, a fully fitted camping trailer (except the gas stove which was not in stock) and various other camping equipment. We also bought a lot of gift vouchers for friends and family which also spent a lot of money with Bushwackers.
When the trailer was bought in 2015 we were serviced mostly by an employee named Aldo, which until late 2016 promised us on various occasions that he will inform us when we can attend the premises to have the stove fitted. When we again telephonically enquired in early 2017 we were informed that Aldo has left their employ already in 2016. We then went to the store and explained the situation to the manager/owner he flatly refused to be of assistance and insisted that we have taken too long and that he cannot help us. This for a two plate gas camping stove after us being loyal customers for such a long time? Shameful!! Needless to say, we do not shop there any more and nor do our family of friends.

Bushwhackers Windhoek has the best selection of trailers, off-road and camping gear in Namibia. It is a bit pricy though.
