When we came the pool was under construction so the place wasn't very busy. The staff wasn't able to turn on hot water for the showers. Or offer help in any way, most of the time they'd stand around. Service at the restaurant was very very slow and the food took a long time to arrive. Lots of food from the menu was missing. WiFi was turning off and on all the time. TV in the room had 2-3 channels working. The toilets in the room were clean but smelled very bad. Unfortunately I wouldn't come back to this place any time soon.

It has good staff and a wonderful environment. Although, recently slot of foreigners have had their passports and valuables stolen there. So, there is not much of a filter on who gets in.

I have never met such an uninterested, unfriendly and incompetent receptionist. Friends had to pay entrance fee just to pick us up in the evening. They payed 50 Namibian Dollar for 5 minutes driving in and out. The pools are dirty and are also used by the bats, and there are many around. One star for the cleaning of the room. It is a pity - once this was a nice place. A long time ago.
