Zero if rating if it was possible. Your teller Lucia is quite rude and has no respect for clients. She has no grasp of the concept of customer service. She is not remorseful and talks back to clients. We want to support black businesses. But such experiences are a turn off.

I got a recommendation to buy at BH spares and the treatment i got there is very Poor, lack of product knowledge and business ethics. While asking questions on the phone the salesman could not give me an exact price and he literally hung the phone on me. They don't care at all. i would not recommend to anyone. One stars to Post

they have the most horrible customer service! i called at my own cost and the guy couldnt tell me if they have coil packs and he doesnt know how much it cost and he put down the phone on me while still talking. not a good image for BH selling products to people. very low company service embodied by workers right here. i didnt wanna give any star.
