  Probably the worst customer service I have come across. Nobody answers the phone, even after answering the phone the call is ended. I mean how pathetic and silly is that!!!!!!!!!!!!! A worried citizen

  The coffee shops downstairs have good food - and there is s gym if you need it later. Good, helpful security officers as well

  How can a company charge me N$27,000 in management fees to manage my pension fund, but only make me a return of N$1,000? How does that make any logical sense. And when I requested for a detailed statement for my account, they never got back to me. Namflex is the worst pension fund ever. Our fund is managed by Investment Solutions. Thank God my employer decided to go with another pension fund. Don't say you haven't been warned. Check your annual statement. Your employer's contribution will be a third of your contribution due to management fees.
