  Friendly staff nice fresh fish dishes (must ask for Tilapia aka Pende locally) Very calm. A paradise resuming

  It pains me to write this review as this must have once been a wonderful lodge, but I would like to save others the 300km detour. Although the accommodation is suitable for an overnight stop, the lodge is old and neglected and no longer seems to be much of a destination. There is still food and beer available at the bar.

  Unfortunately this place has seen it's best times.
  (Some of) the chalets are getting old and are not too nicely maintained; the overall attitude of staff is not too welcoming, and the pool seems to have been unused for a while. The few choices available in the restaurant were edible, but not good. Bottled water was sold out.

  Fui fazer um passeio de barco pelas 15h. Na volta, por volta das 17h, o motor do barco avariou e ficamos parados no rio. Ninguem da organização veio em nosso auxilio. Por sorte, às 21h30 (4h depois da avaria), um barco de pescadores estava de passagem e rebucou-nos para terra. MUITO CUIDADO com estes senhores. Só não dou menos que uma estrela porque é impossível.
