We were upgraded from a single room to villa at no extra cost. Really nice. Views are great. Pity about the locals who tear through the streets at all hours of the night on noisy quads. The lodge could also do with a component maintenance officer.

Visited Tenda Tora in 2015 and 2016. As per other reviews, I cannot stress enough how well we were taken care of by James and his team. The food were great and the menu has a variety of dishes. Yes, this is not on the beach but we enjoyed our stay and the staff arranged daily excursions for us including boat rides. Maintenance in that part of the world can be a challenge, but the staff will take care of everything. See you all again in 2019!

Great service by the people working at the lodge, great view, security 24 hours, but not at all meeting expectations. Poor maintenance at least at two sleeper and no water pressure or hot water. Perception of location to be taken into consideration. Great potential though. Taking into account full amount payable in advance and no cancellation fee, If ever I return, it will be for the staff and not the experience.

Best experience ever! I have recommended Tenda Tora Lodge to all my friends. We had a very special time, the owner was very efficient and accommodating to all our requests and the staff were very friendly. They cleaned our chalets everyday even on Sunday. You must try the food at the restaurant, it's unbelievable! The WiFi came in handy as my friend had to pay some accounts back home.

Fantastic place! Very clean, stunning ocean views, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Plunge pool, DSTV and braai at each house was a real winner and the food in the restaurant was top class. Will be back soon.

Beautiful houses, very clean and well equiped, with little private swimmingpools.The restaurante is nicely decorated and the food very tasty. The owner is very helpful and caring.The compound is not that charming though.

Wonderful accommodation but the beach is quite a distance. We went there during off-peak days and the bar/restaurant was closed.

Very beautiful and clean place except for the large cockroaches that would "hiss" during the night. Very helpful guys "Las Vegas, January, Julius et al, miss them dearly. The cleaning ladies were also extremely helpful. I will be returning. Note for owner: Please attend to the maintenance of the buildings, windows and stoves that are not in working order. Otherwise lovely place.
