It's too far from the city ,if you take a bus there you will not be comfortable ,the village is beautiful has a lot of space and security ,not the best but it's better then nothing

Are thinking about renting here?

Just know this things :

Its a bit far from the town, i would say 30 Km.

Theres huge tráfic around 6pm-19pm.
Thats when people are going back home, so its caos.

The rent here its very affordable comparing to the prices practiced in town.

You can rent an apartment here for 18.000mtn -22.000mtn per month.

And still has better conditions than the houses you find in town for double the amount.

I think the goverment did a good job here.

The houses are not concrete.
This houses have a time period and need maintenance.
But the local authorities are doing a good job.

Its very safe, calm and quiet.
Specially on weekends.
