  Terrible service and very expensive. Was told the laundry would be done the next day, upon arrival they couldn't find it, if I could wait 10 minutes. Sure! Ten became thirty, became one hour (somewhere in between someone came in with a bag of someone else's clothes) and all this time our taxi driver was waiting outside, because we were supposed to pick up and go. Ultimately it wasn't found, but they would drop it at our hostel. Very late at night the clothes were delivered - mixed with someone else's clothing. And all this for way too much money, Would never go back here!

  Extremely bad service! The laundry was supposed the be done the next day. However when I came by to pick it up, it was not finished yet. The owner asked me to wait 10 minutes and assured me it would be done by then, ten minutes became 30 minutes which turned into an hour and still no laundry. Eventually she agreed to drop it off at my house, I received the laundry, however it was mixed with somebody else's clothing (I doubt this person ever got their missing clothes back). Paid a lot of money for very poor service and the owner did not even seem to care she kept me waiting, strongly advise you to do your laundry elsewhere!!

  Terrible service and super expensive. I had to wait almost an hour to pick up my clothes because some of the items were missing and they could not find them. When they eventually found them, they had not been washed. Horrible and I would never repeat.
