  The lodge is a little more rustic than you first expect. On arrival you may even be a little sceptical. Some rooms doesn't have aircon or attached bathrooms. Showers and toilets are provided outside in small cane dwellings. But the staff are friendly and accommodating. English Bfast is served according to your needs. Jorge and the guys are friendly. You make arrangements for the guys to prepare your fresh prawns with chips rice and salad. This was one of our big surprises. The prawns were yummy. No need for a fancy restaurant. There is bar on the premises and again Jorge will there ready to serve you till late. We bought a lot of groceries on this this trip and yet all we used was the peaceful sleep and bottled water. Was truly a treat. Just be warned. The 2 rooms inside the water tower is very small and there are no extra facilities

  This review is long overdue review but it is better late than never.
  My family and I had an amazing three day stay in the little oasis Gamboozini lodge in December 2017. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They prepared scrumptious dishes of spicy rice with chicken or prawns, prawns are a must try. Gamboozini is a place for complete relaxation. Nothing compares to jumping in the pool after a long day at the beach. We are definitely going back again in the future. Thank you

  Had a great time at Gamboozini Lodge. The staff there are always friendly and they treated us with respect and was always helpfull. Thanx to GEORGE & MIKA for always being there for anything we needed to know and had to do. I would have loved to stay there for much longer or forever 😉 Thanx guys. We had a great time and thanx for always having a smile and and treating us with respect. I would reccomend Gamboozini Lodge any time. Annalize & Niel. 👍👌🤘

  It was a very very bad stay. its not close to the picture's as on the website. The tryd to dubbel charge us dubbel. It people working there have no idee wat thy are doing. Never ever wil i go back

  Great place & fantastic staff. Thank you to Stefan, Mika, Angie&Georgie, who all went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable & memorable. .Gambozini is a close walk to the beautful beach & bustling village,&yet far enough to enjoy its tranquil natural surroundings. .
  It also offers its own private Bar to create the festive party days &nights that youngsters love & it's so lovely to meet so many international visitors , as well as many South Africans. .Definitely a place we would return to. .Well Done everyone & enjoy the festive season. .
