  Happy friendly owners and staff. Bar and restaurant service good and food always consistent quality and tasty. Great ambience in sports bar. Fantastic views, easy walk to the beach.

  Wonderful location, great open space in the kitchen / living room. A nice bar on the premises. Nice view of the water. Short walk to the beach, which is lovely.

  Wow, fantastic accommodation! Such a homie place. We easily slept 10 people in the house at a seriously competitive price! To be honest, not necessary to cook your own food, they have a restaurant which makes a impeccable shrimp pizza! Been here a couple of times and would come back in a heart beat!

  Clean and well maintained, 5 minute walk to the beach, nice modern minamilist living area with plenty seating. Stunning view and friendly staff. Great place to stay in Xai Xai. Possibly the best. Only 4 starts because there is no cooking equipment.

  Very nice place,
  I loved the bar. the rooms are not expensive.
  The waves are very strong if you a planing to dive, do it early in the morning.

  Run by Lance and Lisa, two of the most amazing people I have met. They pour their hearts and soul into this place. You will not regret staying here. Been there 4 times and each time exceeded the previous.
