Budget travellers might find Blue anchor a bit expensive but overall a nice place to stay. No coffee bar and fridge in the rooms. Rooms are spacious and linen nice quality, clean and white.

Faboulous little find on route between Maputo & Xia-Xia, set a little bit off the main road it is a lovely quite setting for this lodge. The rooms are clean, uncluttered and spaceous with a rustic theme. The rooms are set in the grounds away from the main lodge reception/dining area which gives privacy & comfort. The food was delicious, the beers cold, the owners really really helpfull, warm & welcoming. Can not fault the place.

Bit expensive, but warm friendly atmosphere in pub/dining room. Food great after a long day. One of only a trickle of places to overnight stay between RSA and Inhambane. Chalets comfy.
