My colleagues and I took our guest from Japan to have dinner at this cosy and humble restaurant. It was a nice place to taste Portuguese culinary, and our guest loved after spending a day delighting themselves with the Mozambican seafood!

Between us we had three beef espatadas and all were tough. Service was slow and for the quality of the meal very over priced. Will not be returning.

It's a nice restaurant inspired by Madeira island cuisine. Thus, espetadas (skewers) are a must. Also don't miss the "bolo do caco" a very nice bread bun. Good with garlic butter. Nice wine list, reasonable service and nice atmosphere and decor.

Small and cozy place. Probably has one of the best Chicken dishes in Town. Very good service. Might want to reserve your spot about an hour ahead at least, specially on Fridays.

Right in Maputo's most important Avenue, this little restaurant offers traditional Portuguese cuisine (more specifically, Madeira island gastronomy). The staff is extremely nice and helpfull, the environment is cozy and the food is great. Steaks and Espatadas (traditional Madeiran skewered beef) are highly recommended dishes, but also the fish and tapas selection will leave you satisfied. There is also a good wine and dessert selection.
