TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Making a purchase deems that you have acknowledge, understood, and agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions.
• YeeTag reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Colors of the product may be slightly differ depending on the monitor settings of individual's computer.
• Measurement is provided in each item for your size reference. A deviation of 1-2cm may be noticed from the items purchased due to different product batches.

2.We will reply you with the total amount of the purchase and shipping cost (if any) as well as our account details for payment.
3. Payment must be made within 24 hours upon order confirmation. Failing which the order will be deemed cancelled and the items will be released for purchase.
4. After payment has been received, order will be shipped out by the next day.

PAYMENT METHODS:
• Internet Transfer
You may online transfer the payment and show us the transaction receipt.
• Cash Deposit/ ATM Transfer
You may deposit or transfer cash using ATM and show us the bank in slip.
• PayPal
You may send payment via your Paypal account or via credit card. We will provide you our Paypal account details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
• FREE SHIPPING for orders above RM75 or USD20!!
• Every order will be shipped out by the next working day using Poslaju or other courier services. Tracking number will be provided to you after parcel has been posted.
• For Malaysia customers, parcel will be delivered to you in 2-3 working days. For overseas customers, please expect the parcel to reach you in 2 week time, depending on the location.
• Once the Dispatch Confirmation is provided to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
• For defective/ wrong items, please take photograph of the defective part and mailed back to within 3 working days after receiving. Postage will be reimbursed accordingly.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags intact. We will replace with a brand new item. Should the item is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issued or refund.
• For non-defective items, we accept return for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its tags intact. However, buyers will be responsible for the returning postage.
• Items that you wish to return must be mailed back to us within 7 days after you received the parcel.
• We will issue store credit for all returns (no cash refund). The store credit is valid for 3 months and is strictly non-refundable and non-extensible.
