- Send your enquiries via POST on our wall, we will get back to you asap.

- Inspection for any laptop will take 2-3 days.
- Fixing any laptop will take 3 - 14 days. *Depends on stock availability & kind of hardware*
- NO deposit is require for Fixing laptop.
- NO hidden charge for fix/service laptops. Once price has been quoted.
- Goods sold are not returnable\refundable.
- Official Company receipt will be issued as proof of purchase AND for warranty purposes. *FIX/SERVICE only*
- Dealing location will be based on JayaOne ONLY. Unless special cases.
- Delivery service within Klang Valley only. *Free of charge*
- No courier service will be use, unless customer request.
- Fix/Service hardware will be issues a 3 months warranty.
- Within warranty period, it will be FOC for replacement unit.
- Within warranty period, NO Physicals damages / issues are acceptable.
- We reserved the rights to cancel the order to buyers at any circumstances.
- We reserved the rights to use photos taken by us during FIX/SERVICE process as our advertising materials.

We DO NOT carry much stock in hand. Reason being we want to keep up to the latest price as much as possible, We want to make sure our customers are not getting an old stock with an old price tag.
