    5 star service for Nizam. Very responsive, fast action. Manage to get our beloved Arteon just within 2 weeks time. Superb service. Highly recommended you all to F.A. Wagen Glenmarie. Also thanks for others Sales Person and especially for Manager, willing to spend time with us upon car delivery, have some chit chat and coffee time. Thanks for good works for all staff too.     This workshop represents a disaster, I am very disappointed. During a regular service it was noticed that the horn has to be replaced as warranty but no stock. After three reminders and two months waiting I finally learned that the parts has arrived and an appointment was agreed. It was also agreed that the wire for tilting the back seat will be repaired as well. The work would take two days. I delivered the car on a Thursday morning and went back at 4 PM on Friday to pick up the car. Guess what: Only then the replacement of the horn started and it took maybe one hour. Upon handing over the car back to me at 6.30 PM I was informed that they did not manage to repair the back seat wire at all! SA promised to call me back next day for a new appointment. I'm still waiting.......

    This place has no sense of customer priority, I was made to wait more than 1 hour to collect my car. This is ridiculously disgusting and unacceptable. Precious time is wasted. My plan to buy another VW is now scrapped.
    Pls don’t ever buy a VW in Malaysia.

    Bad Service, Poor customer service support. Never keep up to promised delivery time.Rude workshop manager. Poor follow up on customer complaints. Customer need to follow up on availability of parts. Poor availability of parts.

    I thought the service improved since my last visit, but definitely poor. SA told he will order spare part and will call me after 1 week. Two weeks later still waiting. When called, SA was on training will follow up the following week. So only SA is the only one who can update? Then my call was transferred to sparepart but they on the break until 10:30. The call was at 10:29.

    Apointment set for 11:30am. I arrive at 11:20. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting for someone to receive my car. At Nissan PJ, I set an appointment, I arrive, they immediately receive the car first thing, never once I had to wait.

    If only I can rate with zero star. Very slow service. My car has been there almost 2 weeks. Call them to check if the car is ready but 2½ hours later when i called, they still couldn't find out it is ready or not.

    I would have given it 1star based on previous experiences except that the last customer service rep was particularly helpful. However to illustrate how bad it is, I'll just say that I'll never buy a Volkswagen again if only to avoid servicing it.

    The lady who pick up the phone did not even answer my question just hang up. If you don't like your work just leave. You are giving a bad reputation to the brand Volkswagen which we loved the car.

    I ordered spare parts via phone to service advisor. Now more then 3 month no reply. I try to call and whatsup but didint reply. Better they close this center

    Every staff to manager is an expert in sweet talking and making empty promises. They seems to learn the art of lying from their master in germany. Avoid vw at all cost.

    Seriously one of the lousiest service centre you will even been to. Having such a huge team of customer service doesn't guarantee quality. Why not hire 5 superb highly efficient people instead of 15?

    P.S. I was scammed for RM200++ for A WIPER at here upon collecting my car for normal service while I was told it was the price for a PAIR OF WIPER.
