  I hate to write a bad comment, but doctor Gan a surgeon operate my dad for stoma bag, he is too arrogant as my dad asked about procedure..my dad being ignore. And another worse things is after his rough work my dad having his throat infected and then lung problem with pneumonia. And my dad not able to eat or drink complaint about throat no body at the A&E even bother to ask him to open his mouth to check and just give him another appointment on another specialist claim maybe cancer spread on lung. And I don't believe in these so call themselves doctor, how can this idiot gave a patient amoxicillin tablet form which is about 10mm to patient with sore throat. Isn't it better to just give him injection on antibiotics. Now my dad 5 days not able to eat and drink, refused to go to hospital anymore. Tell me as a daughter and my brother as son how to deal with this doctor and hospital? Looking at my father every getting thinner and thinner and not the cancer killing him but the doctor did such caused it.

  Good service from MA and Doctor during my visit. The nurses and doctors are very helpful and very professional. Lots of improvement in service and facilities. Facilities are great. But parking is a nightmare.

  Used to being my mom here for her physiotherapy. Love the team. Full of love and they know how to motivate and manja the senior folks who are in pain and persuade them to do some painful moves. Can see that they are overwhelmed and overworked too. Be kind to the team ya. They're humans too.

  Nurses & doctors are dedicated, professional & helpful. Carefully explain to patients even thru language barriers.
  
  There's shuttle service to & from the hospital to public parking near the main road. Very good service.
  
  My parents have their treatment at this hospital and it's thoroughly​ checked.

  Love this hospital. Doctors and nurses are 1st class. Facilities are great. Only the external landscape and parking is a nightmare

  The nurses and the doctors are very helpful and professional. They are very hardworking to serve the patients. Really lucky to have a great experience of medical care.
  The facilities such as washroom have much improvement, but still have rooms to become better.
  Have to mention: People who visit the hospital like to thow rubbish everywhere around the hospital this is so unresponsible and dirty. Be cilivilised please.

  This is a very nice hospital! A lot of latest technology machines and instruments available here. Since this is a government operated hospital, so the bill of here is extremely cheap, and it's even free for senior citizens.
  In fact, the staff such as nurse, doctor, security guard and front-desk staff here will make you very disappointed. Next, the hygiene of this hospital is very critical too. The toilet, ward, bed and many things here is being vandalised by people and being saturated used by people.
  So, just hope the management level people will able to manage and solve the problem above, to make it a top, best hospital in Malaysia!
