Once the Dispatch Confirmation is sent to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
RETURN / EXCHANGE
DEFECT ITEM (ZIP / DEFECT ON THE ITEM)
1. CUSTOMERS NEED TO RETURN THE PARCEL WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS (UPON THE DAY THEY INFORMED)
2. CUSTOMERS NEED TO INFORM THE DEFECT ITEM (CODE/COLOR/SIZE) & ATTACH A PICTURE FOR DEFECT AREA
3. IF CUSTOMERS HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM OVER 3 DAYS (UPON THE RECORD IN POSLAJU), WE WILL NOT ABLE TO EXCHANGE FOR YOU
IF SIZE NOT FIT
(ONLY APPLICABLE FOR ITEM WHICH GOT SIZES , FREE SIZE IS NOT ALLOW FOR EXCHANGE)
* CUTOMER NEED TO INFORM WITHIN 3 DAYS ONCE PARCEL IS RECEIVED (ACCORDING TO POSLAJU RECORD)
* WE ONLY ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE THE SIZE (DESIGN AND COLOR IS REMAIN)
* THE PARCEL NEED TO SEND BACK WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS (ONCE CUSTOMER INFORMED) , IF CUSTOMER FAILED TO DO SO, WE RESERVED THE RIGHT FOR NOT EXCHANGE
* THE EXCHANGE ITEM MUST IN ORIGINAL CONDITIONS (TAG INTACT, UNWORM, UNWASHED AND UNALTERED)
* THE ITEM SENT BACK IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTILL IT REACHES TO US (CUSTOMER NEED TO BEAR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST)
* WE WILL CHARGE PROCESSING FEES (west m'sia- RM7 , east m'sia- RM10) FOR EVERY EXCHANGE ITEM
* IF THE EXCHNAGED ITEM IS OUT OF STOCKS (CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVED A CREDIT NOTE WHICH VALID FOR 3 MONTHS, NO CASH REFUND)
* FOR EXAMPLE , customer returned a item RM90, and the item is out of stocks , customer will received a credit note RM83 (west 'sia, after deduct the processing fees)
* DISCOUNTED / SALES ITEM IS NOT ALLOWED FOR EXCHANGE
* EVERY CUSTOMER ONLY ENTITLED TO CHANGE ONCE PER ORDER IF TE SIZE IS NOT FIT
* ALL RETURN ITEM WITHOUT INFORM US WILL BE STRICTLY DECLINED AND FORFEITED
WE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN
PRODUCTS
• Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
• Measurements provided on each of the products are in maximum stretch.
A difference of 1cm-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
• Users are advised to double check on the product measurements as different design may fit differently.
• Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
• WE do not offer return or refund if product is not handled as per instructed in product details.
REFUND
• For example : when the item you ordered and paid is out of stock , we will refund the full amount(OUT OF STOCKS ITEM ONLY) to your bank account (OR you may choose to exchange with other items )
PAYMENT METHOD
• ATM TRANSFER / CASH DEPOSIT - must attach BANK IN SLIP and send to us ( bank in slip must show our bank account number & the amount transferred)
• ONLINE TRANSFER – print screen or snap photo on the screen and send to us ( must show our bank account number & the amount transferred)
