The Metro Mall is a young lifestyle concept mall focusing on the theme "F3 Formula" - Fun, Food and Fashion. It is set to bring new excitement to the retail, dining scene at Fraser Business Park.

The mall will be home to numerous new brands making their debut in Malaysia. Patrons will be offered extended hours of entertainment, dining and shopping.

Nestled in the heart of Pudu district and at the peripheral of Bukit Bintang, the mall is a mixed development built over 6.35 acres of land with a total built up area of 400,000sq.ft. and gross retail area of 280,000sq.ft. at Fraser Business Park. It is located at the old F&N factory near the junction of Jalan Yew, off Jalan Sungei Besi and Jalan Loke Yew in Kuala Lumpur.

- iBIS Styles KL (Accor Hotels) (500 rooms)
