  A very good intermediate level hotel offering both good service and beverages. Location is very strategic. Lots of good shopping and dining experience.

  Clean comfortable beds. Dry and clean bathroom, and it's well stocked. There are nearby eateries and also walking distance to the Waterfront.

  Nice place and good location. Clean and quiet rooms. Booked room with seaview, got one with town view but doesnt really matter for me. Good price.

  I expected much better at this price. The whole hotel is like a big sturdy castle, with a courtyard in the middle. The whole thing looks and smells old, a big renovation is sorely needed. Room was big, looks ok, but again needs renovation. Breakfast was the worst - low selection, almost no meat, and while it is till 10:30, they stop making more at 10, and turn off the lights at 10:15. That is low. Very low.

  It is located in the City Centre, with lots of choices for fresh sea food outlets and entertainment. Transportation is no problem as there are many taxi and grab cars. Multi-storey car park nearby / adjacent to the hotel.

  Spacious room and bathroom as well. Nice view from our room. Facing south china sea. Good location. Walking distance to shopping mall.

  Large room, comfortable, free wifi (with secure password), wlaking distance to shopping mall, near to waterfront view (facing South China Sea), 6th storey carpark, available taxi nearby, mini frigde and safebox available, good and friendly response from the housekeeeping and maintenance personal if assistance needed, kiblah direction and mattres availble (for muslim), conference and mini hall available for formal or non-formal activities, and few more facalities to be discover.

  Room is clean and spacious. Beds are firm , duvet is good. Had a very comfortable stay. The lounge chaise in the room is great for lying down, reading a book.

  Good hotel in the city's tourist centre. Situated 2 mins away from the waterfront, this hotel has comfortable beds, nice rooms, and friendly staff.

  Great, affordable hotel in the central of Kota Kinabalu. Staff are very helpful and they can look after your bags overnight when you do the Mount Kinabalu climb. Great stay!

  Stayed in room facing the waterfront. Great view in the morning watching yacht etc. The room is comfortable with complete amenities.
  
  The strategic location near the Centrepoint shopping complex, Kampung Air night market and also Philippines Market. There is a 24 hrs convenient store beside the hotel should you suddenly want to have some snacks.

  Got deluxe room, spacious room, 9th floor, amazing sea view (Can see Gaya Island,Sutera Harbour) , lots of amenities (sewing kit,tooth brush,razor,comb,etc), food at rooftop 11th floor was awesome, staff very helpful..we manage to early check in.. Worth to stay here ! :)

  Nice clean hotel. Right on the middle of action - good central location. Shopping centers, restaurants, local handicraft marts, all within walking distance.
