  It's a smaller Tesco than others that I used to go to, with less spacious walkways and what perceives to be less variety of goods too. Produce, fruits and vegetables are not as fresh and the seems to be very few workers so I didn't experience any quality staff service. Price is standard, cleanliness is so-so. For shoppers of the Paradigm mall and tenants of the Ascent office, it's probably OK but I wouldn't drive all the way to this hypermarket to shop for groceries and daily necessities

  I agree with Kim David that this store is bad when compared with other Tesco Stores. Cashiering staffs are often grouping together for a good chat or laughs. When interrupted they give rude services to customers...they continue to talk loudly in Tamil to each other across customers. They showed dissatisfaction by COMMANDING customers to take everything out from their baskets and laying them on the counter.
  Having said that I must commend the Malay customer service staff who is often courteous and helpful. The supervisor is also nice but kinda blurry when it comes to store's promotions.

  Typical Tesco setup. Spacious and well display of merchandise. However, many items are not replenished. Seafood and poultry sections are completely closed.

  why going to tesco? All products are so bad quality and I saw the staff are laughing to foreigners about can not speak english well. They looks feel so bad.

  Been going to this Tesco for the past 3 years. The Tesco UK products are great, however, the local produce is often in extremely bad conditions (green tomatoes, rotten onions, etc.). The price tags are often mislabeled, so make sure you read the items' labels twice and match them with the item you're purchasing.
  
  Saddest of all, most (not all) the staff are very unfriendly and quite self-absorbed. It's a breath of fresh air to find staff with good work ethics that my wife and I actually point them out to one another.
  
  Happy that it's located not far from where I live though, and some products are cheaper here than elsewhere.

  Came here to shop for a charity project and was pleasantly surprised the things are not so pricey and good quality. 5/5 would come again.
