  The tesco staff especially the cashier manager so rude... Alwiz no cashier at non halal counter... Alwiz open non halal counter late... Supposed open 10am...but they open 12pm...but must closed sharp 9pm...if we inside counter oso... They wil chase we put for closed the door... Really disappointed...

  Staff provide great customer service but they should remove the phone reload instruction board at counters because they are only available at customer service counter.

  overall great place to shop , easy parking with ample place plus its covered. Overall items stocked are similar to any tesco stores. Would have been good if they had a cimb cash deposit machine as tesco debit card uses cimb. Overall above average location

  2years back, it is the only supermarket I go for my groceries. last year this Tesco Extra has become just a normal market you find around town simply because 1.during this CNY, I went to shop and you find the liquor se tion closed. why? ask Tesco. 2. many empty or near empty shelves without food or merchandise. I was surprised the cake and bakery section not selling daily baked cakes.on this same day, I got my cakes from Tesco, Ipoh Garden east. 3. no staff or supervisor for you to enquire about your needs. only thing good is ample parking lots and for festival like CNY, there is only a small crowd of customers. looks like the place lacks people to make it an EXTRA supermarket

  To whom l concerned,
  This Monday( 21/1/19)l bought 24.cartoons of limau mandarin. Today l distributed them to my teachers n staff, among 24 of it, there are more than half of it are rotten. 1 cartoon is totally rotten. I was very surprised n sad to see this conditions. I kept some cartoons to prove n as evidence.
  Can you please to replace it for me. I kept a receipt with me.
  I am a member of Tesco, from SJKC Chong Hwa, Kanthan Baru 31200 Chemor, Perak.

  Previously makro ipoh. Best tesco for me yet. Single storey. Very spacious. Not many outlets & straight to the point. Not crowded and ample of carpark. Toilet just small. Surau poorly ventilated. Go there, shop at tesco & go aeon klebang for meals.

  Definitely the worst of the 3 Tesco store in Ipoh (1 is at kinta 1km away and another at station 18). Hardly any other shops, smaller food court with less variety and no other restaurant to chose from. Not sure why it's called Tesco extra as it is not bigger or more varied compare to the others.

  Easy access convenient store for nearby residencies, providing all sorts of things, such as wet market, fruits, veggies, dry food seafood, snacks, household, cabinet/ furniture, detergent, car ornaments, toys etc, with good & reasonable price to grab for.

  The entrance is on the right if you wanted to get a trolley and atm. There are maybank, cimb and bank rakyat if not mistaken. The first entrance where most discounts items will be put like all others tesco ofcourse. Otherwise, everything seems normal like the others.

  Easy access and spacious parking lot. Goods are easy to find. Its only ground level and there are no other levels. Prices are reasonable.

  Plenty of food at foodcourt. Also have mamak shop if u all wanna try. The price is affordable. It also have plenty of car park.

  This evening i experience a very bad odour on the floor near the frozen food....and then where is the quinoa .....i couldn't find it all....last time i bought it but very limited choice only one brand....

  5 star shopping, price reasonable and economical, most of the things you want you can get here especially foodstuff. Rewards and discount given time to time. Tesco was in UK before coming to Malaya( West Malaysia) taking over Macro.

  It has large parking space, lot of shopping carts, atm, foodcourt and near the main road. Almost anything you can buy from here.

  Good deals and great prices as always at TESCO. There's an Optical shop, Watsons, a Bakery,MR.DIY and a money changer. Plenty of mobile phone retailers here. Small family arcade near one of the entrances. Food court stinks.

  A very large parking space available. They mostly sell goods in bulk. A decent shopping experience can be expected when coming here.

  Great convenient hypermarket shopping for groceries but since it's a tesco extra means it's selling items come with a bulk mostly. But still normal groceries will do just not that much great options that other Tesco could provide
