  Friendly staff, welcoming ambiance, plenty of comfortable seating with alternate positioning of plug points and good air-conditioning makes me welcomed here. Spent hours here with no frills. Offered 50% discount for any handcrafted beverage after 3pm. Really awesome experience. Plenty of car park available on site.

  Not so bad but not good enough. The friendliness of the staff is not what I usually seen in KL & Penang outlets. Something is missing in the service. I ordered a Dark Mocha Frappucino without syrup but still they put it in. I believe this can be improved over time. Then it explains why not so many people here. Overall it just ok.

  Everything is fine except the washroom. The water running so slow. Plus I have to queue to use the washroom. If you really need to go please do it somewhere else before you drop by to avoid any inconvenience.

  Nice place to laid back & do some catching up with friends. Generally the service is good...with few exceptions of this one female staff that took ages to get everyone's orders, made payment mistakes with other customers Starbucks card... Quite incompetent... Fired her & I give you 4 stars. Apart of that, everything else is good.

  Excellent service and ambience. Staff are very friendly and helpful as i have a baby girl and it's easy to get hot and ice water to make milk for my lil girl. Good furniture with lots of super comfy sofa especially the black leather sofa. Wifi service was good and fast. Food serving have lack a bit recently with their presentation and no more sesame sauce salad that came with main meals.

  An out of the way but cozy Starbucks in Malacca. If you take the outdoor seats, you can have a good view of sunset. In a hurry? How about a drive-thru Americano?

  Great place to hang out. Often full during weekend. Good Customer service but should put more efforts in cleanliness. Student in group study commonly seen. Good scenery view of sunset after 6 pm. If you are looking for a place to have a peace of mind, this might be the place you can consider.

  Great place. The area quite bigger compare to other starbuck in Melaka. The food selection quite limited but they did offer the pasta menu as not every starbuck in melaka offer that menu. Love the tostie.
