went there for laser treatment a while back, unprofessional and rude staff. When ask question the dermatologist assistants wouldn't be able to answer you by telling you straight up "i don't know anything about skin as i am not a professional ".Doctors are also not permitted to draft doctor letters only the company manager are allowed to do so. Weird practice. Company management should look into matters related to quality of service and knowledge further to minimize clients leaving.
