Stay was comfortable.
All service crew are friendly and professional.
Love the room bathroom that is equip with TOTO washer, even in the Public area toilets!
They are able to give great advice.
During our stay, shuttle service was down but it did not deter our plans.
Free Taxi transfer was given to ensure the shuttle service was intact.
Didnt had breakfast in Hotel so no commentsreport this review -

I had a superb experience during my weekend stay at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur!!! Just perfect and please keep up your standards.
From your house keeping staff, front desk, club level and valet parking personal everyone did their part for my wonderful stay. I also would like to extend my thanks to your chefs whom made sure that the food served was fantastic.report this review -

Service was good. Excellent massage.Staff at breakfast a bit stony-faced, could do with smiling and making eye contact a bit more. Not keen on the smell of the toiletries. Executive room ok. Reception staff and concierge lovely. Late checkout arranged which was good. Love the pool facilities and the all the staff were very helpful. Was delivered a lovely platter of fruit which was a nice surprise.

Hospitality at its best. My first visit to Malaysia attending international panel physician's conference. It was all like a dream come true. different world experience. True Asian tradition with touch of class. I felt like at home all the time. Truly great experience. I could see team work and passion of love for work. Very professional staff and on and on and onkeep up the good work, you are the best

This hotel is one of the finest we have stayed in. From the moment you climb out of your car, the welcome is spectacular, the surroundings stunning and the level of service a class above everything you think is good. We were upgraded to a suite - we appreciated it but completely wasted as we were there one night. That said, we are long time customers so good to see that loyalty rewarded. We have stayed twice and will be back, for the money it’s the classiest place we’ve stayed in a long time. Keep going Shangri-La, you are so doing it right!

Well organised hotel. Horizon Club upgrade worth it if the upgrade isn't expensive as brings complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. Staff very helpful and polite. Rooms are fine, international hotel standard, though getting on towards needing updating. I suspect they may struggle as newer hotels come on line.
The restaurants in the hotel are very average and not in line with the overall hotel star rating. The Chinese restaurant is straightforward, but no better than high street UK or US. The buffet restaurant is poor, below equivalents in Mexico for example. It gets good reviews, it can only be from those who value quantity over quality, and fair do's, it is a valid point of view. I would say to steer clear.
If you get a good rate for a Horizon Club room and take advantage of the cocktails and breakfasts it is not a bad choice, otherwise there are probably better options.report this review -

Great, central location to KLCC with a real city vibe. Lots of great night life within walking proximity. The service and variety at the lemon grass restaurant was impeccable.

Great value, luxury tourist hotel. Ageing gracefully with careful attention to presentation and friendly service. Excellent range and quality of eateries and restaurants. Central location with a real city vibe. Lots of great night life just out the door.

We stayed in this hotel for the end of our trip in Malaysia and all I can say is that it was one of the best hotels we stayed in the whole country.
The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and very everything prepared with care.
We had in room dining which was excellent.
The breakfast buffet is outstanding, the best one of all hotels that we stayed.
Laundry service and spa is a bit overpriced but the rest is ok.
I'll recommend this hotel to future travelers of Malaysia.report this review -

The service by Ziela at the cafe lounge is very rude and horrible. She will keep rushing you to place order. Patrons were chased out by Ziela if they dont place order within 5 mins or when she (Ziela) assumed you are too poor to place any order. Nonsense.

Best hotel experience I can't say enough good things about. Service is above excellent and staff is always helpful with a smile. Rooms and views are breathtaking food is excellent and actually taste very good and the variety is endless. I've stayed their 4 times and all I can say is 5 stars is not enough.

Our short stay here was truly amazing. The hotel is impeccable, the room was immaculate and the facilities were great. The staff was very helpful, kind and most respectful.
