disappointing with the house quality, after 2 yrs, so many cracks on the roof top plus tiles got buckle up due to poor workmanship quality and you will smell with very nice 'perfume" , becoz of the nearby chicken farm

kalau nk beli rumah tu kne tnya betul2 ngan salesman...aki dpt salesman yg acuh x acuh nk jual...detailed dia jelaskn x ckp dgn apa yg diberi yg sebenar...agak kecewa sbb seri pajam ni sptnya trained more salesman to not forget about the few thing that your consider not important..but to the buyer it was important..bcause this day, house u sale not 50-60k...it was 300-500k...tq
