Service so bad! Call after a week order, they never follow up! Call customer service always promised will call back but never call back! Call HQ to complain but after 2 weeks this branch still not follow up our order! NO WONDER EVERYONE HATES THIS BRANCH! Dear customer service, STOP PLAYING PHONES AND GOSSIPING!

The price is comparable with other shop such as one living, TBM, HLK. Experience for purchasing is good. But delivery need to improve! Called to the shop for asking delivery status, they are not picking up phone after few calls. Supposed to reach at morning, and we wait till 2pm.

Just bought 2 new phones from the store, Huawei nova 3 and Samsung A7. Both phones no stock when I came, so I had to make an order and waited for few weeks. Salesman Steven is very very friendly and helpful. Love their extended warranty services.

Staff are friendly to answer your questions. But sometime you may need to wait awhile if there are a lots of customer. Join semheng membership to get the best if the promotion. Ask the staffs for special promotion as some promotions are reserved for members and may not shown in store.

The products they are selling are quality and the price are valuable. They also giving an extra warranty for the item purchased at there. The staffs there are friendly and nice to customers. They also has fast delivery service. The products are worth it to buy there.

Get my Front Loader here. One of the biggest Senheng outlet I went in. Despite all the hates in previous ratings, I think they are improved now. Better. Better service, better smiles & easier to reach. Even can whatsapp office number.

Terrible outlet. There were two staffs in the shop, the Indian lady is overworked while the Chinese guy can't be bothered to help, asked to inspect my appliances, he tried to brush me off by remarking it as trivial. Luckily the Indian lady helped out in the end after she finished handling all the calls.
