  First of all, I take back my one star cause I have to do it since I need to RATE.We came to this vet because we had NO CHOICE. It was near and was an EMERGENCY case. 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗩𝗘𝗧 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗜'𝗩𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗢. My cat had crystals in the bladder. They need to remove it ASAP. They treated my cat for 3 days (they put in catheter). They called me then to inform that my cat was fine n can return home. But when I took my cat, he was weak. Super weak. Can't walk. He was so much better before admitted. The doc said he can eat n urinate as normal. Once I got home, I tried feeding but he refuse to open his mouth. I know he was in pain. He didn't even urinate but instead blood was dripping from the area they put the catheter. So I was awake till the next dawn. At 0530 he took his last breath. I couldn't express my grief. I went back to the vet explaining what happen. He then told me the doc MIGHT HAVE NOT TAKEN THE CRYSTAL OUT COMPLETELY. They even said the doc DIDN'T run a blood test. They charge us a fee that shows a qualified hospital but with UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTORS. This reveals that they DID NOT PERFORM A PROFESSIONAL PROCEDURE and simply does things because my cat was just a DOMESTIC CAT. THE DOC WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DUMB. So I knew that I couldn't do anything but they refunded me cause its their fault. So, FOR ANYONE SAKE, 𝗜 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗗𝗬 𝗩𝗘𝗧. 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚.

  They opened during Public Holiday. Thank you. My cat requires urgent attention and luckily they opened. Thank you for your hospitality. They even updated me 10 minutes later after I made a call. As promised, I received another update during lunch time around 1 p.m. A bit pricey compared to other place. Can't wait to see my cat again.

  Update 2018 - dropped 2 stars!
  used this vet once again for a rescued stray cat! Ultimately disgusted by Dr Sabrina’s way of handling the cat. She is scared of the cat, she didn’t do anything for her besides putting her on drip! When I visited the next day, food left on the bowl was untouched and turned dry, her eyes were shut due too much discharge and the cat suffered a lot but did not get any attention she deserved! Just because she is a stray?! But we pay the normal rate as others RM100 per day for hospitalisation! Not a stray cat rate!
  
  This vet is heartless towards stray cat! If you’re a rescuer, don’t use them!

  Services vary - depends on timing, doctor and how busy the vet is. I have been here three times, for a cat's vaccination on different time and day of the week. Saturday is the worst, the vet is a chaos, and the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with my cat after waiting for 1.5 hours. Weekday is better when it's less busy, I have the chance to ask for more advice.
  
  Boarding / Check-out procedure is different too. Some doctors call to let me know the cat is fit to leave, some don't. I need to call the vet to figure out if the cat is good to leave.

  Brought my dog here for his annual vaccine injection and a neuter.
  
  The good: Things went normal and some staffs were quite friendly.
  
  The bad: There was a rude receptionist (just one) who seemed to have a problem with me. Not anyone else but just me. He strolled over to the counter so casually when I was already waiting there for his assistance. Other than this person who left a bad impression on me, the place could use some improvement in regards to the smell. Yes, vets aren't exactly fragrant but it wasn't THAT smelly the last time I visited.
  
  In short, I'd give it a 3-stars since it was only one staff who got on my nerves. Though, he should really not be rude to any customers he deemed easy to bully. The other staffs were friendly and the procedure went alright in the end.

  Poor care, slow diagnosis,and appalling conditions where sick dogs are kept are what led my dog to his death. This was in 2014 but have decided to write this review now because till now it's the most heartbreaking moment in my life. Never again did I send my new pets there, would rather drive far to another vet. Surprised this place still monopolize the area. Please if you care about your pet, take the extra time to drive to a better vet in another place.

  Doctor never diagnose in detail. It is not a hospital filled with professional doctors. Went to other vet hospital they took action within a day, obtained proper feedback from doctor and my pet gets better.
  
  This vet spent more than a day waiting for my pet to leave the world. How the heck they able to survive in the business so much. They might lack of certain equipment and medicine supply to diagnose my pet. So in case of emergency, don't come here. It's like a 1-star hotel where your pet stay and pray for it to recover in a miraculous way.

  If services are standardised regardless of time, doctor and day of the week, and quality of consultation and follow-up is being implemented across the board, I believe this will be a good vet.
  
  By then, hopefully I can raise another star for this vet.

  Worse doctor once I came across your vet, doctor never try to help my pet from pain instead of telling me your dog can't survive long, tried 2 weeks to consume medicine or best way put into sleep... 😠 Horrible advise!
